Delete Account & Data
StillFine 安好
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your account information (email, name)
- All senior profiles linked to your account
- All device data and heartbeat history
- All alert history
- Push notification subscriptions
- Family/caregiver relationships
This action is irreversible.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: In the App
Log in to your StillFine caregiver dashboard, tap the ⚙ Settings icon, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account".

Option 2: Email Request
If you cannot access your account, send an email to:
[email protected]
Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
Data Retention
After account deletion:
- All personal data is deleted immediately from our active database
- Backup copies are purged within 30 days
- Anonymized, aggregated statistics may be retained
