StillFine Terms of Service

Service Description

StillFine is a passive monitoring service that detects phone activity to help families know their elderly loved ones are well. It is NOT a medical device, emergency response system, or substitute for professional care.

Limitations

• StillFine monitors phone usage patterns only — it cannot detect falls, medical emergencies, or health conditions
• Alerts may be delayed due to network conditions, phone settings, or battery optimization
• The service requires the senior's phone to be powered on and connected to the internet
• False alarms may occur if the senior is away from their phone or the phone is powered off

User Responsibilities

• StillFine is a supplement to, not a replacement for, regular communication with your loved ones
• You should not rely solely on StillFine for emergency situations — call emergency services (911/119/120) directly
• You are responsible for obtaining the senior's consent before monitoring their phone

Account

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• Free accounts are limited to 2 monitored seniors

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

服务说明

安好是一项被动监测服务，通过检测手机使用情况帮助家庭了解老人是否安好。它不是医疗设备、紧急响应系统，也不能替代专业护理。

服务限制

• 安好仅监测手机使用模式 — 无法检测跌倒、医疗紧急情况或健康状况
• 由于网络、手机设置或电池优化，提醒可能会有延迟
• 服务要求老人的手机处于开机且联网状态
• 如果老人不在手机旁或手机关机，可能会产生误报

用户责任

• 安好是与亲人保持联系的辅助工具，不能替代日常沟通
• 紧急情况下请直接拨打急救电话（119/120/911），不要仅依赖安好
• 监测老人手机前，请征得老人同意

账号

• 注册时请提供真实信息
• 请妥善保管您的密码
• 免费账号最多可监测2位老人

终止

您可以随时删除账号。违反条款的账号可能被暂停。
