What We Collect

• Account info: name, email, phone (optional)
• Device signals: motion (accelerometer magnitude only), screen on/off events, charging state, battery level
• Device info: manufacturer, OS version, app version

What We Do NOT Collect

• GPS or location data — never
• Camera or microphone — never
• Messages, calls, contacts, or browsing history — never
• App usage data — never

How We Use Data

Device signals are used solely to determine if the senior is active (using their phone normally). When signals stop for an extended period, caregivers are notified. Data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

Data Storage

Data is stored on our servers (US and Hong Kong). Heartbeat data older than 90 days is automatically deleted. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Your Rights

• You can delete your account and all data at any time
• You can remove a senior and all their data from the dashboard
• You can request a copy of your data by contacting us

设备信号仅用于判断老人是否在正常使用手机。当信号长时间中断时，通知关护人。数据不会被出售、与第三方共享或用于广告。

数据存储

数据存储在我们的服务器上（美国和香港）。超过90天的信号数据会自动删除。所有数据通过HTTPS加密传输。

您的权利

• 您可以随时删除账号和所有数据
• 您可以从看板中删除老人及其所有数据
• 您可以联系我们获取数据副本
